Access and sign-in

  • ADP single sign-on: All users can sign in to Quinyx using their ADP credentials. Purchasers and users assigned through ADP Marketplace can also sign in through the ADP Marketplace My apps page.

  • Quinyx will read the following fields from ADP:
    1. Personal Information
    2. Worker Information
    3. Approved PTO Requests
    4. Time Punches

Use Cases

  • 1. Employee Data from ADP to Quinyx.
    This use case brings employee data, including new hires, employee updates, and terminations from ADP into Quinyx, seamlessly ensuring accurate schedules.
  • 2. Time Punches from ADP to Quinyx.
    This use case sends time punch information for hourly workers from ADP to Quinyx, allowing it to be displayed in the Quinyx schedule view. This eliminates the need to switch between Quinyx and ADP when managing shifts.
  • 3. Approved PTO requests from ADP to Quinyx.
    This use case brings each employee’s approved time off requests back from ADP into Quinyx. This allows staff and managers to see who is available to swap a shift or pick up vacant shifts.
